About Us
The International Young Professionals Foundation (IYPF) is a not-for-profit organisation focused on:
- Encouraging Young Professionals to actively help make a difference
- Highlighting the powerful position and influence Young Professionals have both inside corporations and through government to achieve change
The IYPF connects members from over 130 different countries.
While we encourage any kind of engagement, IYPF focuses it's energies on the United Nations Millennium Development Goals (MDG's). The MDG's represent the greatest achievement humanity could reach to create the largest improvement to the human condition to 2015.

Global Gatherings
About the Global gathering
IYPF holds Global Gathering networking and information nights on the theme of the United Nations Millennium Development Goals (MDG’s) every couple of months. IYPF Global Gatherings are a series of events held around the world held on the same day, it will include people from places as diverse as Peru, Ghana, United Kingdom, Pakistan and many more. It is an opportunity for local IYPF members and Young Professionals to network and learn more about the United Nation’s, the MDG’s, and IYPF.

StandUp 2008
StandUp is an initiative of the Make Poverty History campaign to raise awareness of and hold governments and leaders accountable to promises end extreme poverty by 2015. More information on the Stand Up and Take Action campaign can be found here www.standagainstpoverty.org.
Stand Up 2007
In 2007 we held a pilot run of the Global Cities campaign. Together IYPF members in 11 countries took part in the StandUp event.
